Nanodropper Adaptor Now Eligible For Purchase With Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
Nanodropper, an ophthalmic device company that makes the eyedrop volume-reducing Nanodropper Adaptor, is now officially eligible to be purchased with Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Savings Accounts, also known as FSAs or HSAs.
Patients can now navigate to Nanodropper.com and use any payment options they have associated with their FSA or HSA, making it that much easier for patients to take back control of their eye health with the Nanodropper Adaptor.
What is an FSA or HSA?
According to Healthcare.gov, an FSA is a special account you put money into that you use to pay for certain out-of-pocket health care costs. You don’t pay taxes on this money. This means you’ll save an amount equal to the taxes you would have paid on the money you set aside. Similarly, an HSA is a type of savings account that lets you set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified medical expenses
“Our mission has always been to provide better access to quality eye care by making Nanodropper Adaptor available at an affordable price, in locations and systems that offer patients as many avenues as possible,” says Nanodropper’s Chief Commercial Officer, Mackenzie Andrews.
“Patients being able to purchase Nanodropper with their FSA or HSA accounts makes their spending power that much stronger, and might just be the nudge they need to better afford their living expenses and healthcare to get through the month.”
Where are Nanodropper Adaptors available?
Nanodropper is available on this website, and in more than 2,200 eyecare clinics across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Nanodropper Adaptors have also been made available via the company’s Give the Gift of Vision charitable program to U.S.-based patients who cannot afford to purchase one, and internationally through more than a dozen nonprofit partners providing access to eyecare on a global scale.
